The Global product 323 supports just transition policies and practices through product development, knowledge generation, and capacity development on undertaking assessments and diagnostics, including gender analysis, of the employment, social and economic impacts of climate change, environmental degradation and resilience; formulating and implementing coherent policies, programmes, and innovative intervention models for a just transition towards environmentally sustainable economies and societies for all at the national, sectoral or local levels; and strengthening mechanisms and the social partners for social dialogue and policy coherence on a just transition.
