A Road to Decent Jobs for All Afghans (R2J4A)
The new Road to Decent Jobs for All Afghans (R2J4All) project will extend the work of the R2J project, and will focus on returnee refugees in Balkh province as the primary target group and will work to improve access to decent work opportunities and sustainable livelihoods. The tripartite constituents, with ILO Office support are also working on mobilising additional resources and development partnerships to expand and extend the adoption of the market systems development (MSD) approach to create decent work and sustainable livelihoods through a Road to Decent Jobs Programme (R2DJ) that incorporates all three Priorities of the Afghanistan DWCP.
