Appui au dialogue social et renforcement de la protection sociale en Tunisie

The collaborative project between the ILO and GIZ will be implemented on the basis of integrated, complementary and targeted approaches to strengthen social dialogue in the country in general, and in favor of better social protection in particular. The general objective of the project is to strengthen the role and work of the CNDS and to support the social partners in defining the mechanism and parameters of the job loss fund. The 2 intermediate and interdependent results that should facilitate a qualitative leap in tripartite social dialogue, leading in particular to a more efficient social protection system, are : Result 1: The role and work of the CNDS are strengthened; and Result 2: The social partners have defined the mechanism and parameters of the job loss fund.
