Lutte contre la violence et le harcèlement dans le monde du travail & Égalité de rémunération et de carrière entre les hommes et les femmes

The main objective of this project is to fight against violence and harassment in the world of work and to reduce salary and career inequalities between men and women in West Africa. The elimination of violence and harassment requires an inclusive, integrated, gender-sensitive approach, as well as addressing power imbalances and unsatisfactory working conditions. Based on an approach that maximizes technical assistance, social dialogue, sensitization and capacity building, this project has two closely related components: Axis No. 1, "Combating violence and harassment in the world of work"; and Axis No. 2, "Reducing wage and career inequalities between men and women". The project targets West Africa, with a special focus on Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.
