The strategy of the proposed component aims to support Tanzania to implement the National Skills Development Strategy and to develop a skilled and competitive workforce through expanding the capacity to implement quality apprenticeship and lifelong learning programmes but also expanding and strengthening systems for implementation of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programmes.
