Global Programme on Skills and Lifelong Learning_Senegal component

The strategy of the proposed component is primarily based on the continued identification of opportunities and the development of the skills necessary for the growth of the sector. The project will work closely with various stakeholders to increase knowledge of the sector and improve the alignment of TVET supply with labour market demand. Secondly, digital inclusion and digital sustainability will be integrated into vocational training. The inclusion component will focus on facilitating access to training opportunities for vulnerable groups in the sector, especially girls and people with disabilities.
