Country Envelope Inter-Regional Project (2021) - ILO – UBRAF

This project focusses on UNAIDS “Country Envelope” resources received in the context of UNAIDS Unified Budget, Results and Accountability Framework (UBRAF) 2020 – 21. The key features of the UBRAF (2020 – 21) include: a strong focus on fast-track countries; allocations to Cosponsors at the country level (i.e. Country envelopes), the presence of additional “business unusual” resources at the country level; strengthened accountability and transparency through planning and reporting covering UBRAF and other resources. The concept note also responds to the call made by UNAIDS after the COVID-19 outbreak to take urgent action and leverage lessons from HIV to minimise the impact of COVID-19 on the HIV response and the uptake of HIV services at the country level.
