Improved Business Development Services targeting MSMEs in Iraq-$

50 IOM staff members/consultants will be trained on ILO Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) program which is a management training program, targeting existing and potential owners and managers of small businesses to develop and strengthen their basic management skills in order to reach and train potential and existing small-scale entrepreneurs in the Arab Iraqi governorates. These IOM staff members/consultants trained on SIYB could deliver this program to approximately 1,000 existing businesses under the IOM EDF program and 4,000 potential entrepreneurs as part the livelihood initiative thereby creating employment opportunities for IDPs and host communities.
