Guarantee impact monitoring system

The project reviews how Sida measures and monitors development results/impact within the current Sida supported guarantee portfolio, and, based on a diagnostic and analysis, propose a systematic approach to better capture the development effects of the guarantee instrument on male and female direct and indirect beneficiaries. The system is pilot-tested in on the Sida guarantees in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as in Guatemala.
