The second phase of the project aims to strengthen the practical tools and the accompaniment of informal businesses in these areas: legal compliance in general, with emphasis on accounting obligations and particularly labor obligations, prioritizing groups in vulnerable conditions and under a human rights approach. The second phase is aimed at consolidating the achievements of the first phase with the Chambers of Commerce of the three countries, with the purpose of incorporating in their offer of business services the support to micro-businesses in the three countries. support for micro-businesses in the informal economy into their range of business services. Under this approach, and with the objective of enhancing the sustainability of the formalization program, the lines of work of the second phase of the project are transversal to the other economic sectors, going beyond the commerce sector to include the formalization of the informal economy. beyond the commerce sector, and to enhance the impact on public policies that promote the transition to the formal economy. The second phase of the proposed project is framed within the new normality derived from the COVID-19, therefore, the focus of this second phase is through digital media that allow for the digital and economic inclusion of informal economy businesses. In addition, it is important to note that the intervention in the second phase focuses on vulnerable populations in the informal economy.
