Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) Phase IV – Myanmar
The ILO SCORE Programme is assisting governments, industry associations and trade unions in Africa, Asia and Latin America to develop export and domestic industrial sectors, with a particular focus on competitiveness and decent work in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Its main intervention is SCORE Training, a practical training and in-factory consulting programme that improves productivity and working conditions in SMEs and helps them to participate in global supply chains. Phase IV is focusing on embedding SCORE Training in programmes and budgets of implementation partners, and to promote the dissemination of SCORE Training and its concepts by lead buyers to their supply chains, including second and third tier suppliers. The programme will operate in Bolivia, Ethiopia, Myanmar and Tunisia with financial support of USD 5.9 Million from the Governments of Switzerland (SECO) and Norway (NORAD).
