Collaboration to engage and equip youth and adolescents with jobs search and employability skills

The JSCs operate with the overall objective to enable young job seekers to find jobs that correspond with their skills and interests, within the shortest possible time. Young people are coached on job search skills, the application and selection process, which empowers them to find jobs in today’s competitive labour markets. By brining youth together from both refugee, and host community backgrounds, it also provides space to build rapport across communities and positively influence social cohesion.
