Advancing Decent Work for Women to Achieve Economic Development - Jordan

The overall objective of the project is to improve work conditions and labor rights for women in Jordan through increasing participation in the labor market, creating work and income opportunities, improving decent work conditions and labor rights, and building workers’ capacities in different areas of work. The project will continue supporting the education sector through continuing to help private female school and KG owners organize and improve conditions for workers, as well as supporting private school teachers. The project will also continue to support the caregiving and healthcare sectors in capacity building and organizational competencies, as well as legislative reform.
