Diagnostico y deteccion de brechas en la implementacion de estandares de empresas y derechos humanos para la elaboracion de la linea nacional de base (LNB).

Project ARG/22/01/CEF aims to assist the Argentine government in the development of a national baseline that identifies the state of the art and existing gaps in the implementation of business and human rights and responsible business conduct standards, pointing out deficiencies and gaps in both legal and public policy. At the same time, the capacity of State agents in the area of business and human rights and responsible business conduct will be strengthened for their effective participation in the process of elaboration, adoption and implementation of the National Action Plan, as well as in the commitments acquired within the framework of this public policy. To this end, quantitative and qualitative information will be gathered on the three pillars of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, systematizing the deficits in a final report. Finally, training will be developed for state actors with specific impact on the issue.
