Alistamiento de la tercera fase del Sistema de Información de Archivo Sindical

The support provided to the Union File Information System - SIAS, a unit that belongs to the Ministry of Labor, ensures compliance with one of the principles of the Government in Colombia, which is the speed in the formalities and procedures, as well as adequate access to public administration services, making special use of digital media, to ensure, among others: free access to information, efficient storage, adequate processing, delivery and exchange, high quality standards and decision making for the development of policies, regulations, plans, programs and projects, among others. With the SIAS in operation, the Ministry of Labor has the best scenario to evaluate from a qualitative point of view the behavior of the relations between Government, Employers and Workers. Future data analysis processes will make it possible to determine trends, and to propose and set guidelines, directives, policies and take to the central government, normative proposals to the Congress of the Republic, based on the results obtained using Information and Communication Technologies.
