Oferta de asistencia técnica presentada al Instituto Nacional de Formación y Capacitación para el Desarrollo Humano (INADEH)

The Immediate Objective of the project is to align the training offer of El Instituto Nacional de Formación Profesional y Capacitación para el Desarrollo Humano (INADEH) with the demands of the country's productive sector. The development of the Quality and Relevance subcomponent of the training offer includes anticipation of needs, the creation of sectorial competency councils, the strengthening of the competency standardization and certification systems and curriculum design. As such, the project aims to 1) Improve the quality and relevance of the educational offer for employment and entrepreneurship. 2) Expand the competencies and opportunities for participation of the beneficiaries of the training processes, according to the current and future demand of Panama's productive sector. 3) Reposition INADEH as the State's lead agency for vocational training, job training and business management in the country. 4) Renovate the infrastructure for professional training linked to the Mission and Values of INADEH.
