Promoting effective grievance handling mechanism and Remedy in garment and electronics sectors through strengthening institutional capacity and public private partnership

This project falls under the Outcome 2 of Better Work Vietnam’s strategic phase 2023-2027: By 2027, employers and workers and their representatives in the Better Work programme uphold and are protected by national labour laws and fundamental principles and rights at work; enterprises in the sector that have emerged from the COVID-19 crisis are more sustainable, resilient and inclusive. It aims to contribute to the following outputs: Output 01.01 Strengthened grievance mechanism tools in the garment and electronics sectors Output 01.02 Strengthened capacity of garment factories including VITAS members in complying with the national labor law and international labor standards on grievance mechanisms Output 01.03 Strengthened capacity of the national tripartite partners to promote and implement effective grievance mechanism and settlement to ensure sustainability
