Global Awareness-raising Package on the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE)

This project, to be implemented under the auspices of the United Nations Task Force on the Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE), will harness the unique and peculiar potential of Social and Solidarity Economy Enterprises and Organizations (SSEEOs) to contribute to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The project will raise the awareness about, and enhance the visibility of, the SSE within the UN system and beyond. It will provide policymakers and practitioners an easily accessible and easy to use self-learning package in form of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), with the final objective to contribute to a better understanding of the Social and Solidarity Economy by policy makers, social partners representatives and practitioners worldwide.
