¡ DE UNA ! TRANSFORMANDO MI COMUINIDAD

The structural violence faced by some communities in El Salvador reproduces cycles of exclusion that disproportionately affect young people, which reproduces violence and triggers displacement, including recurrent displacement. The consequences of this combination of factors impact the lives of young people, who see their opportunities limited; and impede the development of communities and the consolidation of peace. To address the consequences of this combination of factors, this project is designed to empower individuals and communities historically affected by violence and the public institutions present in these territories and strengthen their capacities to mitigate the impacts generated by violence. The project will reinforce prevention mechanisms to avoid the reproduction of violence in the future through the generation of opportunities and peace building.
