Provide technical assistance to the State of Honduras to establish a permanent space for dialogue with indigenous and Afro-descendant peoples with a view to identifying their development priorities and institutionalising the right to consultation and participation, within the framework of partnerships with actors and sectors related to the issue. The project is aligned with the ILO programme and budget (P&B), especially with: - Outcome 6 - Gender equality and equal opportunities and treatment for all in the world of work; - Output 6.4 - Enhanced capacity of member States to strengthen laws, policies and measures to ensure equality of opportunity and treatment in the world of work for persons with disabilities and other persons in vulnerable situations; - Indicator 6.4.1 - Number of Member States that have adopted measures to ensure equal opportunities and equal treatment for persons with disabilities or at least one of the following groups: indigenous or tribal peoples, ethnic minorities, people living with HIV, or LGBTI+ persons.
