RAS/23/02/DEU is a joint project between Better Work Bangladesh (BWB) and Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) and will be implemented in both countries. The overall objective of the project for both Bangladesh and Cambodia is to strengthen grievance handling mechanisms in the garment sectors, especially at enterprise level. As part of this project, both Better Work Bangladesh and Better Factories Cambodia will review and adapt gender-sensitive grievance training and coaching materials. The grievance tools will include Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), guidance, forms, and training materials in accordance with the national legislation and UN Guiding Principles on Human Rights.
