Working in Freedom in Jordan’s QIZs: supporting fundamental labour rights through the Al-Hassan Workers’ Center

The overall objective of the project is to create an enabling environment for the enjoyment by workers of the right to freedom of association and the advancement of other fundamental principles and rights at work. This Statement of Work provides an outline of possible activities under the three intermediate objectives that the project would implement. Activities are based on migrant worker needs and are subject to change, pending further consultations with USDOL and the ILO during the inception phase of the project. The inception period will take 4 months, starting in June 2023. It will involve stakeholder consultations, staff recruitment, the development of the PRODOC, with the project’s theory of change, targets and indicators.
