Observation and Engagement for Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Rights Realization (OBSERVAR) Initiative

The project contributes to maintaining, including through agreements on further policy action, an enabling environment with all the guarantees for the effective application of the international labour standards on freedom of association and collective bargaining to ensure in the long term the well-functioning industrial, in order to assist the country with the implementation of the Mexican labour reforms and to strengthen compliance with the fundamental rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining at a transnational level.
