Enhancing labor rights in the informal economy in nepal (ELRIEN)

The project aims at improving freedom of association and access to labor and social protection rights in Nepal. The project works to increase capacity to organize, advocate, demand and access rights, and support the strengthening of government systems at local level to better realize labor rights, including by facilitating access to available services (e.g., social security) and enhancing enforcement and compliance mechanisms for labor rights (e.g., labor inspection).
