Better Work 2022-2027 - DFAT contribution – Bangladesh component

This project contributes to Better Work Bangladesh’s plan to accelerate its capacity building programme with the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) and the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA). The objective of this capacity building work is to increasingly hand over Better Work's training and advisory functions to these two sectoral employers' associations. In addition, the project helps to increase the capacities of the Bangladesh Employers' Federation (BEF) and the Workers Resource Centre (WRC) to lead the sector's development by using a training-of-trainers approach and using Better Work's training modules built around best practices in business practice and compliance.
