Promoting Integrated Youth Employment Programmes in South-East Asia (YES): Focus on Thailand and Viet Nam

The ILO development cooperation project on ‘Promoting integrated youth employment programmes in South-East Asia (YES)’, financially supported by the Republic of Korea, aims to support governments and key stakeholders in South-East Asia to promote decent employment for youth through (i) support to design, implementation, or monitoring and evaluation of gender-responsive integrated programmes at country-level, including with a focus on green, digital and other sectors, and (ii) knowledge sharing and capacity building at regional level. Over a project period, the project is anchored in a regional component to support stakeholders across South-East Asia and aims to deliver targeted support in two focus countries, Thailand and Viet Nam. The project seeks to support peer learning and South-South collaboration among a network of key youth employment stakeholders, including governments and social partners, further supported by the expertise of additional stakeholders, including from the Republic of Korea.
