“Our Voice” Project: raising workers' voice to promote decent work and engage in social dialogue through effective grievance mechanisms
The overall project objective is to increase workers´ voice to promote decent work and engage in social dialogue through effective grievance mechanisms. The project scales-up workers’ voice and their capacity to engage in social dialogue, promotes decent work and prevents human rights violations in rural supply chains through the consolidation of the 'Nossa Voz' grievance mechanism in Brazilian rural supply chains. To achieve this result, the project systematizes, consolidates, and expands the experience of 'Nossa Voz' in Brazil, aiming to make it a benchmark for grievance mechanisms in the country and possibly internationally. The Project works to ensure consistent and positive results, recognition, escalation, and it aims to systematize and share best practices and lessons learned.
