1. Enhanced capacity of workers’ organizations in the Stability Pact countries to represent the interests of their members and strengthen civil society and to play an effective role in bipartite and tripartite social dialogue. 2. Enhanced capacity of the employers' organizations of the region that enables them to provide improved or new services for the members, to institute policies or specific initiatives to extend the representativity of their organizations and to fulfil their duties in bipartite and tripartite social dialogue. 3. Enhanced capacity of Ministries of Labour in the field of social dialogue and labour law and strengthen the institutions and mechanisms for social dialogue. 4. Promotion of ratification of the Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No 144), and the Labour Administration Convention, 1978 (No. 150).
