Technical Vocational Education and Training Capacity Building Programme for Iraq (preliminary phase)

Project Objective: The project aims at supporting the capacity building and rehabilitation process of the TVET sector to become fully operational, and at contributing to the reconstruction process in the country. Project outcomes: • An established integrated TVET support scheme that will contribute to the rebuilding of a national vocational training delivery system in Iraq; • Strengthened capacities of the TVET sector and employment programme in Iraq. Project activities: Three main components: Capacity building Training programmes, study tours in Ukraine, Germany and elsewhere, and development and production of Modular Competency curricula training material within the framework of modular competency based training programme design and production of several training packages.
