Promoting a sound policy of non-discrimination in employment and occupation in South-Eastern Europe
1. Enhanced capacity of workers’ organizations to represent the interests of their members and strengthen civil society and to play an effective role in bipartite and tripartite social dialogue. 2. Enhanced capacity of employers’ organizations to enable them to provide improved or new services for their members, to institute policies or specific initiatives to extend the representativity of their organizations and to fulfil their duties in bipartite and tripartite social dialogue. 3. Enhanced capacity of Ministries of Labour in the field of social dialogue and labour law and strengthened institutions and mechanisms for social dialogue. 4. Ratification of the Tripartite Consultation Convention, 1976 (No. 144), and the Labour Administration Convention, 1978 (No. 150) promoted.
