HIV/AIDS Prevention Education Programmes in the Workplace in Russia (INT/03/M19/USA)

The project aims to contribute to the prevention of HIV/AIDS in the world of work, the enhancement of workplace protection and the reduction of its adverse consequences on social, labour and economic development. The project aims to develop plans of action at the national level as well as for activities to be developed in two regions of Russia – Moscow oblast and Murmansk oblast. Development objectives: 1) Reduced level of employment-related discrimination against persons living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. 2) Reduced HIV/AIDS risk behaviours among targeted workers.
