In some situations, the donor takes care of distribution of the relevant documents to its local representative (the ideal situation), but if not, as in the case of the present project, the Project Team is advised to undertake this task up itself.

Knowledge and understanding of project achievements leads to enhanced support for possible follow-up activities.

challenges:

No knowledge of the project at the local level of the donor organization leads to decreased understanding of ongoing project achievements, and thus it becomes more difficult to gain their support for follow-up activities.
