In order to implement the DWCP in accordance with the country priorities, technical cooperation resource mobilization should be done at the country level by the ILO country representatives/offices and constituents. This is because neither the Regional Office nor the Subregional Office is able to provide the funding necessary to meet all the country‘s needs. Such resource mobilization should be encouraged and supported.
