While, as a more mature program, many more training sessions have been delivered through SIYB and SCORE considering on a case-by-case basis 77% of SIYB participants did not have enterprises whereas SCORE enterprises have an average of 15 employees. In terms of job creation, SCORE may have advantages in cost effectiveness.
