success:

Pilot phase and a broad design help in adapting strategies which are as per the situation on the ground. Further, the log-frame developed after the pilot phase helps keeping it relevant and useful.

challenges:

Project experimenting with the new ideas or concepts is dependent on a number of unknown factors including contextual realities and field situations. In such cases, the logical framework especially the indicators are not able to accommodate the results of the project. In this project, in absence of pilot phase and broad design, a number of indicators were irrelevant as some of the outputs were beyond the scope of the project.
