title:
Revisit project capacity assessments and stakeholder interviews. Carry this out twice: six months, and then one year, from the end of the original project. See if, in hindsight, the analysis and priorities would now be different. If no progress has been made in defined areas, establish why. Where other stakeholder agencies were consulted in the preparation of the original capacity assessments, check if they have identified improvements or continued capacity deficits. Objective: To maintain awareness and precision in identifying the EOs’ key capacity needs as a live factor in their planning, and to build member confidence in charting successful capacity improvements. Steps: ROAS should seek a meeting with as many as reasonably possible of those interviewed for the project assessments (and/or their successors in office) to plan follow up to the project’s work.
