- Make sure that the new phase of the ILO-Korea Partnership is even further focused by leaving out the PEP programme and focusing on three topics only. From the viewpoint of more focus in the partnership, the termination of the PEP programme is supported by the evaluation, and as shown in the above the Government of Vietnam is itself capable of owning this programme and the valued products that came out of it. In addition, more efficiency could further be reached by reducing the time between budget-cycles (before the actual release of the funds in the new cycle).
