- The project team should strengthen and institutionalize the HR academy within FEI to ensure its continuity. This will require the team to dedicate time and resources to working with FEI. It is also recommended that a strategic plan for workers organizations in Egypt be developed and ensure that work plans are in place that leads to the implementation of this vision.

- The project has finalized ToRS to produce a training manual in close collaboration with FEI with the ultimate objective of ensuring full institutionalization and ownership of the academy by them. The training manual will be constituted of two parts (1 part for trainees and a second part for trainers) using materials and notes form the two first rounds of the academy, and addressing all the subjects covered by the academy so far.
Next cycle of the Academy covered by participants and FEI.
A similar approach is envisaged with workers, but delayed because of the TU elections
