More efforts to ensure a gender balance in the activities and that the contents are also addressed taking into account a gender approach; Innovation activity 5.4: Review the information included in the lists of participants so that it includes years of experience in the institution and that the data are disaggregated by gender.

comments:

During the implementation of ACTION/Portugal, the representation of women in training events was lower than that of men, of the 1295 participants, only 586 were women, that is, 45.3%. This situation was also reported by the project as a cause for concern, as stated in the minutes of the Steering Committee (2016, 2017). Management will work actively to ensure a gender balance and also dissagregated data by gender.
