Assist GRZ to build schools in the target project communities: In all the communities the project was being implemented all the parents except in Shimano Community expresses the difficulties they face in sending their children to secondary schools. For instance, community members in Kaoma project areas send their children to either Kaoma or Kalumwange Secondary Schools. The distances are quite far apart form communities to either secondary school. Therefore, JTI should consider building some schools, (particularly secondary schools) in the project areas.
