Ensure MAS commitment to promulgating the various legislative texts on child labor that fall within its purview and that have resulted from the project, i.e. (i) the decree on the creation of the Unit to fight against child labor in charge of the implementation of the NAP-TN and (ii) the by-law on the list of hazardous work. These texts were drafted and validated by COPIL in March and May 2018 respectively and their promulgation is vital as it will reinforce the MAS in its role as "leader" of the project and pave the way for the implementation of further initiatives under the responsibility of other ministries, including ME and MFPE (ILO Office Algiers, COPIL, ILO Office Tunisia)
