Ensure increased numbers of female beneficiaries and their participation in skill development interventions, including access to business consultations and a wider variety of professions, even those traditionally seen as male professions. According to both beneficiaries and local stakeholders, marginalised communities of minority groups and IDPs were not included into the project at any point, though their participation will ensure greater community buy-in.
