Create a clearly defined and agreed upon communication plan that sets expectations, regular and consistent meetings via Skype or in-person when possible, and regular field updates and progress reports. The ILO project team should include the current context and impact of the conflict within field reports, in order to best contribute to peacebuilding frameworks.
