In future projects of similar nature, the ILO should pay more attention towards gender mainstreaming in project design and implementation. Project gender mainstreaming measures might include the following:  Reach an agreement with the Ministry to conduct a minimum number of random labour inspections to female sensitive enterprises or employment sectors, to contribute to the potential improvement of their labour conditions.  Reach an agreement with labour mediators to give special consideration to gender sensitive issues during conflict mediation.  Request tripartite constituents and other local partner institution to report on gender mainstreaming activities and progress in this regard and to monitor its performance through an M&E framework.
