action_plan:
Regarding the involvement of the Migrant workers in the rural area, they will have access to the skills matching unit ('Migration Resource Cell' –MRC-) that the project is piloting through the Bangladesh Employers Federation (BEF) and the Chamber of Commerce in Chittagong and Sylhet. Regarding the regularisation of the middlemen, the scenario will be suggested and analysed through the revision of the OEMA 2013 for which a law firm is currently being hired.
comments:
Access to Migrant Workers in the rural areas will be explored through skills matching unit ('Migration Resource Cell' –MRC-) that the project is piloting through the Bangladesh Employers. The regularisation of the middlemen and the Dallas is the ILO official position and will be promoted by the project through revision of OEMA 2013 as well as through the different working group on migration where the ILO is a member.
