The implementing partners should focus on outputs that are event-focused or workshop-focused as a means toward bringing the two sides together to support greater movement on dialogue and less on research and other products designed to raise awareness. While some of the products produced have specifically contributed toward policy dialogue as experienced by the EU, the evaluation suggests that events or activities that bring the EU and GoI together may accelerate progress toward meeting its overall objective with the remaining months of project implementation.
