- Less attention might be paid to training in formal conciliation, as an increase in the use of the formal conciliation mechanism cannot be foreseen in the short- to medium-term. Resources could be reallocated to conflict solution/informal conciliation capacity building. Efforts should be made to secure that female officials are trained.

- The project is going to organize a joint consultation meeting with the stakeholders to consider this recommendation and revise the work plan as necessary for the remaining period of project.

- The project has provided Paralegal certified trainings to 27 trade union leaders.
Efforts are underway to develop new initiatives on labour judiciary, in order to expedite the resolution of cases, including through conciliation.
The project is also working on establishing independent arbitration capacity.
A process to select independent individuals for training as arbitrators is underway.
