External communication with National Project Coordinators (NPC)s: Support regular exchanges among national project coordinators (NPCs) of targeted countries (country-level interventions) through videoconference to exchange on the implementation process, challenges, best practices to build in a global perspective, and share new research guidelines. The exchanges can also be opportunities to proactively adjust current interventions if needed.

For the 2020-2021 ILO-Sida partnership, all specialists in charge of country projects have had exchanges on the project proposals and ILO-sida partnerships. Once projects start running, there will be trimestral exchanges between teams.

comments:

All specialists and NPC´s will have exchanges over VC for benchlearning, peer exchange. Currently specialists are already in contact with each other, both specifically on the project as well as through the GTT.
