recommendations:
title:
A key result of the project at the operational level has been support for community members to become commercial contractors with the capability to manage construction projects. To build on the skills and business linkages that have been developed through this, the ILO should look for opportunities to further strengthen the skills and business acumen of the community contractors that have been trained. Support for launching community contractors as sustainably functioning business operations should be built into future community led infrastructure projects.
