- DEVINVEST: When planning for a new project, the number of project countries should be established with realism to allow for efficient project management. The depth of engagement at the country level should be prioritised over the geographic breadth of the news phase. For STRENGTHEN, five to six project countries rather than the initial ten countries would have been more appropriate to allow for efficient project management and leaving a significant foot print in all project countries.
